Joy moved to this area in 1989 from Louisiana and began her career at Dolly Parton’s Stampede and opened the first Group Sales office for the company. From there she moved on to TG Sheppards Theater in the Smokies, Country Tonite Theater and Steve Ellis Tour and Receptive.  In 2000 she began her 20 years with the City of Pigeon Forge Dept. Of Tourism as the Sr. Sales Manager.  Joy retired from the City in 2020 but retirement was not for her!  She is now the Group Sales Manager for Top Concepts and promotes Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud Show to the group tour industry where she has developed personal friendships with many tour operators. Her philosophy is always, “Outta Sight Outta Mind”!
